Graffiti clean up in Old Town, thanks to some local programs

EUREKA – Two Eureka programs were hard at work cleaning up graffiti in old townon Sunday.

Program members from the Eureka Rescue Mission and some members of the Take Back Eureka group teamed up to give the downtown some much needed touch ups.

Eureka Rescue Mission program member, Eric Hames, says they often team up with local groups to help give back to the community, on Saturday they were planting trees with the group, Keep Eureka Beautiful. Hames says it means a lot to him to be able to help make Eureka a better place.
