Accreditation team visits College of the Redwoods

EUREKA – The College of the Redwoods was put evaluation to maintain their accreditation, and staff members feel confident they passed with flying colors.

The final evaluation report won’t be in until the beginning of next year, and is expected to include recommendations for the school.

The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges Visiting Team inspected all of CR’s locations, including their campuses in Eureka and Del Norte, as well as the Klamath-Trinity campus.

Staff says they’ve expressed “openness to recommendations for improvement” and the inspection team commended them on multiple accomplishments during their visit.
