Covered California open enrollment underway

NORTH COAST – Though the future of federal healthcare policy is uncertain, open enrollment for Covered California is underway.
Those who wish to add a new plan or change their current one have until January 31st to do so.
Covered California representatives hope a redesigned website will make it easier for consumers to compare plans and costs.
More than one million Californians are insured through the federally subsidized program known as Obamacare and 400,000 more are expected to sign up before the deadline.
