Deputies arrest man in Eureka with drugs, loaded firearm

EUREKA, CA. – Reports of a suspicious vehicle driving back and forth result in a drug arrest.

Deputies with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office were sent to Felt Road in Eureka on Sunday at 3AM.

There they found Travis Michael Anderson, who at first failed to comply with officers.

As he was detained and searched, deputies found over $3,500 in cash, Xanax, Soma, Norcos, eleven grams in cocaine, a scale and a loaded 9mm pistol.

Anderson was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility, with bail set at $50,000.
