Eureka man released from Humboldt County Jail rebooked same day

EUREKA, CA. – A Eureka man ends up behind bars again, just as he is let out of jail.

26-year-old Maxwell Castle was released from the Humboldt County Correctional Facility Monday at 5PM.

While still in the facility’s lobby, Castle accused a woman of stealing his money and grabbed her wrist, causing injury.

Correctional deputies detained Castle, and he was re-booked on assault and battery charges.
