Two cars disabled by hit and run driver

EUREKA – A three car collision in South Eureka damaged two vehicles, and the driver who allegedly caused the crash fled the scene.
Witnesses say a small gray car was speeding and driving erratically on Broadway around noon today.
The driver of a Kia Soul said the car clipped her tire which caused her to swerve in to a Toyota Sienna, breaking its axle.
Both of those drivers were uninjured and said it happened so fast they couldn’t describe the gray car or its driver.
EPD responded to investigate and provided traffic control while the roadway was cleared. Broadway was reduced to one lane for about thirty minutes.
