Humboldt Supervisor to lead Rural County Representatives of California

SACRAMENTO, CA. – A familiar face will be acting as a voice for Humboldt among state and national policy-makers.

This week, Humboldt County 1st District Supervisor Rex Bohn was appointed Chair of the Rural County Representatives of California.

The group, made up of 35 rural county advocates from around the state, will be led by Bohn for the year ahead.

North Coast Senator Mike McGuire joined in celebrating the achievement.

Bohn says he is excited for the responsibility, and tells News Channel 3 some priority issues are to address limited resources, health and welfare.
