South Bay School welcomes law enforcement to breakfast

EUREAKA., Ca (KIEM)– This morning the students of South Bay Elementary School got a jump start before class.

Members of the Humboldt County Sheriffs Office spent the morning making friends and sharing the importance of eating a healthy breakfast. Sheffif Billy Honsal answered many questions and explained why our Sheriffs Office in so vital to the community.

There are many other events just like this that happen year round and it’s crucial to teach children that police are here to serve, protect and educate.
