Humboldt deputies arrest man in connection with murder suspect Zachary Harrison

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, CA. – Authorities make another arrest during their search to find a wanted murder suspect.

Humboldt deputies spent Thursday searching the Alderpoint area for suspect, Zachary Harrison.

While investigating his whereabouts on Wednesday in the Rancho Sequoia area, they arrested 30-year old Chadwick Leland Allender — a known associate of Harrison’s.

Allender had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court in Trinity County.

While arresting him, deputies saw Harrison nearby.

When they called out to him, he ran into a wooded area.

Police officers from Eureka and Fortuna, along with K-9 officers, joined deputies in their search for Harrison, but they could not find him.

If you have any information on his whereabouts, you should call the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office.
