Two Arrested on Drug Charges in Hoopa

Hoopa, Ca., (KIEM)- Michelle Galyean and Issac McCovey are behind bars after sheriff’s deputies say they found them with heroin, cash, scales and packaging materials. The two are now charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession with intent to sell. Galyean also had an outstanding felony warrant.

Deputies and Hoopa Valley tribal police located the two Thursday morning just after 8:00 a.m. They were looking to serve Galyean’s warrant, at their house on North Marshall Lane in Hoopa. Now McCovey and Galyean are both booked at the Humboldt County Jail.
