EUREKA – A tip to law enforcement leads to the arrest of a Eureka man. Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies, Drug Task Force agents, and agents from the DA’s office got a tip about the location of 25-year old Rudy Nunez. Nunez, who is on federal probation for distributing narcotics, was spotted and detained. Deputies searched him and found 11-ounces of suspected heroin. He was arrested and charged with possession of a narcotic for sale, and transportation of a narcotic.
