Eureka Man Arrested for Allegedly Molesting Multiple Children

Eureka, Ca., (KIEM)- When deputies with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant to 38-year-old Andrew Jarrod Cunningham, it was the result of a month long investigation. Cunningham faces charges of child molestation and continuous sexual abuse of a minor. He was taken into custody around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday on the 3400 block of 18th Street in Eureka.

According to deputies several victims have been identified. The sexual abuse also appears to have occurred over more than a decade. For those reasons, the criminal investigation is still active, and deputies are asking anyone with information about Cunningham and his alleged activity to come forward by contacting Investigator Mark Peterson at (707) 268-3663.
