Toddler gone missing in Eureka found safe, reunited with mother

EUREKA, CA. (KIEM) – A small child is back home with her mother.

23-month old Mira Ann Carter was reported missing last Friday by her mother.

She said the child had been taken by her father, Gregory Carter, on May 2.

The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office says the toddler has now been safely returned to the custody of her mother.
