Eureka., Ca (KIEM)-During the next Eureka City Council meeting on Tuesday, topics like the city budget, syringe management, and city job salaries will be addressed.
Plus new parking areas and artistic benches might be on the way. We caught up with city manager, Greg Sparks, to give us a preview of what’s to come and to highlight a proposed sales tax that will fund an estimated 2.2 million dollars for city road improvements. The meeting starts at 6:00pm at city hall there public comments can be made, but to vote on the proposed sales tax you will have to wait till November. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the upcoming events.
