EUREKA – Entering the race, Jeannie Breslin officially announces her campaign for the Third Ward Seat of Eureka City Council.

Breslin was joined by supporters today as she formally went public about her candidacy, at the foot of F Street on the Eureka Boardwalk. Eureka Mayor Frank Jager, and former Eureka City Council member Melinda Ciarabellini was there to introduce Breslin at the campaign kick-off. Breslin wants to focus on attracting new businesses with living-wages to the area, along with medical professionals, and improve the overall safety of the Eureka community.
