1,000 acre fire west of Redding 20% contained

Redding, Ca., (KIEM)- A fire burns just west of Redding, and there are evacuations in place for that area as well. The 1,000 acre Creek Fire is active in Shasta County, near Clear Creek and American Roads. Evacuations are listed for Cloverdale Road, Oak Street and Zandell Road. That fire is 20% contained.
