Flat Fire ignites in Trinity County: 150 acres, 0% contained

TRINITY COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) – A wildfire is gaining traction in Trinity County, and is being called the Flat Fire.

Firefighters are battling the now 150 acre fire near Douglas City, part of Trinity County.

The wildfire is currently 0% percent contained.

Air attacks have begun on the Flat Fire, which has the potential to get much bigger due to slope and difficult access.
