Blue Lake, Ca., (KIEM)- Folk music has a deep, rich and living history. Generally its music created by the people for the people. And it’s that grassroots principle of bringing song and dance to the north coast that started the Humboldt Folklife Festival 40 years ago, and has kept it rolling and roaring into this year’s week long event.
