An Uphill Battle: County Fire 90,288 acres

Fortuna, Ca., (KIEM)- At 90,288 acres in size the County Fire is now 73% contained. That fire burns near Lake Berryessa in both Napa and Yolo Counties. Fire crews say they are making progress, and have begun to aggressively mop up and strengthen control lines. 16 structures have been destroyed by the fire, and several communities remain under evacuation orders.
