Construction underway for Rio Dell Cannabis Business Park

Construction is underway for the 34,000 square foot Rio Dell Cannabis Business Park, formerly the site of the Defunct Eel River Sawmills.

Between the three facilities, this could be the largest economic benefit to the city of Rio Dell since the closing of the sawmill in 2005.

The first facility, a cannabis testing lab, should be completed by the end of the summer. The other two facilities will serve as a cannabis processing plant and a health and wellness center. With the increasing popularity in the cannabis business, and with more places beginning to legalize the use of both recreational and medical marijuana, it allows for more people to become involved with the industry. Many new businesses can be started because of it, just like the facilities that are going to be built on this Business Park. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes in this industry, like dispensaries turning to experts who specialize in cannabis SEO to help give them a better chance of being able to drive more traffic to their websites and therefore making the industry grow even more. It’s important for businesses to find the right premises and facilities first before thinking about all of the other matters that involve running a business.

Full completion of construction is expected in the next two years. And the construction of site number two is expected to start next summer.
