Eureka homicide victim identified as 16-year-old

EUREKA, Calif. (KIEM) – The young victim of a fatal stabbing is identified as 16-year-old Brandon Brocious of Eureka.

Eureka police officers responded to Ocean View Cemetery on Thursday evening to reports of the crime.

Two people were arrested Friday morning, 38-year-old Lorna Jean Leen, and a male juvenile.
