Measure Z Advisory Committee meets Thursday

EUREKA – A Citizens’ Advisory Committee will decide how funding for Measure Z will be spent during the upcoming fiscal year.

The half-cent sales tax goes towards Law Enforcement, Firefighters, and other Public Safety Services. Humboldt residents are invited to attend Thursday’s meeting in the Board of Supervisors Chamber. The focus will be on how spending went last year, and how much funding services will receive, this final year.

The Measure Z meeting will take place this Thursday at 2 P.M., in the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors Chambers.
