SACRAMENTO, Ca. (KIEM) – Governor Jerry Brown signed SB-100 on Monday, a milestone bill aiming to source all of California’s electricity from renewable resources by 2045. Brown also signed an executive order, with aims for California to reach carbon-neutrality, also by 2045.
