City of Fortuna continues to seek manager

The city of Fortuna continues to seek out a leader who can fill the role of city manager. The city saying they will conduct more interviews this week.

They started with 25 applicants, but Mayor, Sue Long, tells us they have narrowed it down to seven. Two of which, are from Humboldt County.

She says they hope to fill the seat by December 1st, but if they are not satisfied with the candidate pool they will keep searching.
