Hank has a degree in business from Bucknell University and a degree in art from Humboldt State University. He's been with the television station for over 30 years and, in addition to sales, has extensive production experience, having written, produced and voiced television commercials before taking over as General Sales Manager in 1986. He and his wife Cheryl have two children and live in Eureka.
Robin has been a part of KIEM News Channel 3 since 1995. Her experience and loyalty create an advantage for clients from both local and regional markets. Robin has twin daughters, and a son who lives with autism. This direct perspective makes her a natural advocate for Autism Awareness in our community. Originally from Southern California, Robin is proud to call Northern California home. Bobbi grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University. In 1999 she moved to the North Coast with her husband and two daughters. Free time is spent enjoying the many outdoor activities and beauty of nature that this area has to offer. Bobbi has over 20 years of experience in sales, which she likes to think of as 20 years of meeting and working with great people.
Bruce recently moved here from San Jose anticipating a fresh environment with exciting challenges. The North Coast has that and more! Bruce is originally from the East Coast and has lived in Venezuela and Mexico before moving to California 25 years ago.

He worked in the Bay area for PennySaver, a weekly shopper. Among his many job titles was Promotion and Sales, where he enjoyed the contact with readers and customers alike. Among his favorite promotions was a KRTY weekly radio segment and winning the Community Trophy in the San Jose Christmas Parade!
As a volunteer, Bruce has produced and/or hosted Classic Movie Review on Public Access and the CIF Southern Section Baseball playoffs.

Leslie comes to the North Coast after having spent a decade working for Nielsen in the San Francisco Bay Area and 5 years in Brand Marketing for The Clorox Company. Her background on both the client and vendor sides allows a keen insight to what really works for her clients. Leslie's daughter is in college now providing her the opportunity to work in a much smaller community and build relationships locally. She has lived all over the world as part of a military family giving her great insight into diversity, building relationships and establishing rapport quickly with those she works with. Her number one priority is taking care of her clients businesses and the competition they face.
CREATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT
News Channel 3's Creative Services Department is responsible for all aspects of commercial production, promotion and public service. The department creates many of the local commercials seen throughout the day on News Channel 3, working directly with local business owners and other clients our staff writes and develops the messages that inform our viewers about these advertisers. The department also produces our "Spirit of the North Coast" public service spots which partner News Channel 3 with local non-profits and charities to promote worthwhile causes and events.
Philip Wright - Operations, Promotion & Public Service Manager
Phil heads up News Channel 3's Creative Services Department. He holds a BA degree in English and a Master of Arts in Film Production, both from Humboldt State University. Phil started at KIEM in the summer of 1980 as a master control operator and has directed morning news shows and telethons. He has managed the department since 1983. Phil is an avid nature photographer and his images have appeared in many local publications, as well as regional and national calendars, postcards and posters.
Ross Rowley has been producing television commercials for the northcoast business and non-profit community since 1982. During that time, he has created thousands of advertisements, entertainment features, a handful of documentaries and special video projects for clients.
Beginning at KVIQ-TV, continuing through his long years at Cox Cable Advertising and KBVU-Fox29, Ross brings his cheery personality, eager desire for collaboration and involvement with local businesses community organizations to the team at News Channel 3.
Outside of his television work, Ross can be seen performing with the popular swing dance band, The Delta Nationals, and is a member of the Fortuna Sunrise Rotary Club.
