MCKINLEYVILLE- The man hit by a car while working for Caltrans is in stable condition. According to Caltrans officials, Edward Holgersen, is out of the Intensive Care Unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Sonoma County and suffered a major concussion.
