EUREKA - You can now take a book and leave a book at the Sequoia Park Zoo's Little Free Library. 

A redwood tree in the zoo's Barnyard died and had to be cleared for safety reasons, leaving only a stump behind.

"I Like Eureka" believed it could have a second life, so the non-profit group donated materials and labor to carve the three-shelved nook into its side and created steps...

EUREKA- A Eureka man sustains major injuries after he’s hit by a truck on his motorized scooter.

 At around 10:20 Tuesday morning, a female driving a Chevy Silverado was turning into Victoria Place from Broadway when she struck a 70-year-old man on his scooter.

He was taken to St. Joseph Hospital with major head injuries. His condition is unknown at this time.
