ARCATA- The Arcata City Council will meet with every department in city hall over the next three weeks for the city's annual goal setting session. EUREKA- The Clarke Historical Museum is planning to highlight 157 portraits of local World War II veterans at an upcoming art exhibit. The drawings will be displayed at the Arcata/Eureka Airport on Memorial Day if the museum is able to raise enough money for the project.
