A young child pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on SR-96 in Hoopa and sustained major injuries.

FORT BRAGG- College of the Redwood Board of Trustees will travel four hours south on Monday to meet with the community in Fort Bragg to discuss the future of the instructional site. The meeting will be held at noon at the Fort Bragg town Hall.

EUREKA- The three charged in connection to the death of a 50-year-old Arcata man have plead no contest in court.
