HYDESVILLE- A Hydesville home directly across from the elementary school was allegedly housing marijuana and firearms. MCKINLEYVILLE- The McKinleyville Union Elementary School Board is expected to make their decision over the fate of the elementary schools on Wednesday at a special meeting. The board will consider a plan that would split two elementary schools, making Dows Prairie Elementary serve kindergarten through second grade and Morris Elementary School serve third through fifth graders.
