ARCATA- An Arcata man is arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, after crashing his vehicle off Highway 101 and fleeing the scene. It happened just before noon Friday near the G Street on-ramp in Arcata. Shortly after the accident 33-year-old Steven Nielsen surrendered to officers, and was taken into custody.
