Shelter Cove - An update regarding the Horse Fire in Southern Humboldt.

Fire officials have now opened all trails and campgrounds including the Lost Coast Trail. 146 acres have burned and it is 96% contained. The cause of the blaze just north of Shelter Cove is still under investigation. Authorities are warning the public there is still an extreme fire danger due to the drought.
