EUREKA- One of the two inmates who walked away from a Humboldt County Sheriff's work crew is back in custody.

Brian McSilvers was spotted in Eureka Friday by a detective with the Eureka Police Department. He was senn walking near 2nd and Q street after 1 p.m.

Two uniformed officers were dispatched to the area to locate McSilvers. He was taken into custody without incident.
