EUREKA - A male  Eureka High School student was allegedly shot with a BB gun Tuesday afternoon.

Eureka Police report just before  2 pm , they received a call from the high school that a student had reported being shot  in the chest on the 1600 block of L Street about  thirty minutes prior.

The student went to the hospital as a precaution but there was no life threatening injury....
