FORTUNA - An anonymous call to police lands a Fortuna man in jail after he allegedly brandished a weapon.

FORTUNA - A Fortuna woman was arrested for alleged burglary of a beauty salon. Taken into custody was 55-year old Theresa Smith.

Just after 8 Sunday night, police were called to the 400 block of North Fortuna Boulevard for a burglary in progress. When officers arrived, no suspects were found but a shoe was propping open the back door.
