EUREKA- Many seniors were seen sporting green Thursday, as they celebrated St. Patrick's day at the Humboldt Senior Resource Center.

There was a live musical performance by the Accordianaires and Eric Smiley who played the penny flute.

EUREKA- After almost two weeks, the results from CASA's Big Night dinner and fundraiser are in.


The event at the Eureka Elkes Lodge was a huge success. Over 200 people attended, and over $75,000 was raised. Aside from the delicious food, there was also an auction.

EUREKA- A car crashed into a Eureka Police vehicle and it happened right in front of the department's headquarters.

The grey sedan collided into the EPD vehicle just after 10 Wednesday night at the intersection of 6th and C street. The officer was transported to the hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

KLAMATH -The Yurok Tribe swore in Thomas P. O’Rourke Sr. Wednesday as their new tribal chairman.
