ARCATA- There have been an increase in vehicle thefts throughout Arcata in the past month. A total of 17 vehicles have been stolen from different areas in the city.

ARCATA-A 58-year-old Arcata man allegedly ran his black Ford Mustang into the side of a house in Sunny Brea Tuesday night. According to police, Vern Collins was found inside his car while it was against the house on the 1400 block of Chester Avenue.
