FIELDS LANDING - Authorities are looking for a suspect or suspects who defaced a church in Fields Landing.

Around 11:30 Tuesday morning, Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Calvary Community Church on Depot Road. They discovered extensive graffiti to the church building including vulgar and offensive words as well as depictions.

NORTH COAST - The cities of Blue Lake and Trinidad will have to wait a little longer for part-time deputies.

MCKINLEYVILLE - A McKinleyville man is behind bars tonight after he allegedly assaulted three people. He was already wanted for another alleged assault that happened in the same area on Sunday .
