SAMOA- The U.S. Coast Guard along with the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office are on scene of a water rescue at Samoa Beach. According to law enforcement, just before 5 p.m. Thursday two men went swimming but one didn't return. The victim is on shore and is en route by ambulance to the hospital.
