HUMBOLDT COUNTY - The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating a wanted felon.

Officials say 26-year old Dale Michael Carter is wanted for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and also being a felon in possession of a firearm.
