EUREKA - Owners of historic homes in Eureka will have some help restoring their properties after council re-established the Mills Act program.

EUREKA – With 3 people left dead last weekend, it’s an uphill battle in Humboldt County as homicide is on the rise. Gun and drug violence are common occurrences that result in homicides on the North Coast.
