KLAMATH- Members of the Hoopa and Yurok Tribes say they’re doing all they can to prevent a fish kill similar to the one in 2002.

The tribes have requested additional water from the Trinity Reservoir due to adverse conditions and to protect migrating Klamath-Trinity river salmon. It’s been done in years past but the Bureau of Reclamation denied that request.
