Humboldt State University students collaborated with the Special Olympics to hold a bocce tournament for local high school students with disabilities.

Humboldt Bay Fire crews helped rescue an elderly woman who drove her car down a gulch.


At around 3 Thursday afternoon, the female driver of a Toyota Camry went off the roadway near Hodgson and P Street and ended up in the forest near Sequoia Park.


Crews were able to remove the unresponsive woman out of the car. She was transported  by ambulance to St. Joseph...

WILLOW CREEK- The Humboldt County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect who fled in Willow Creek.
