SAMOA PULP MILL TO BE CLOSED FOR GOOD

News Channel 3 has received word that the Samoa Pulp Mill will be closed for good. That information is from CEO of Freshwater Tissue Company. The mill has been in limbo for the last year in a half. Simpson says Freshwater Tissue almost received a loan from USDA but soon discovered the banks wouldn't loan against a government backed guarantee. Stay tuned to News Channel 3 for more on this developing story.
