California voters will head to the polls next week to make some major decisions concerning the future of this state, including whether marijuana should be legalized under state law for adults 21 or older. Some of the most significant changes that could potentially happen as a result of marijuana legalization, would take place in city and county government buildings throughout the North Coast.
