State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O'Connell released new numbers for the high school dropout rate in California. The data shows a 3% increase statewide in dropouts compared to last year. News Channel 3s Matt Mendes sat down with the Eureka City School's Superintendent Gregg Haulk today and takes a look at what Eureka High School's dropout rate is.
