CR's MARSEE PICKED AS NEW PRESIDENT OF SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COLLEGE

College of the Redwoods President Jeff Marsee has a new job.  Marsee has been selected as the next president at San Joaquin Delta College in central California.  The San Joaquin Board of Trustees announced Marsee's selection Tuesday and he is expected to sign a contract with the school this Friday.  Marsee has been president at CR since July 2008.  His tenure at CR has included increasing the school's enrollment and removing CR from accreditation warning status but has also been marked by battles with CR faculty.  Marsee's first day at San Joaquin is expected to be May 1.
