Jefferson School Sold to Westside Community Group

The Westside Community Improvement Association, a newly formed community non-profit group, has agreed to pay $610,000 for the former Jefferson Elementary School site in Eureka. The group was the only bidder for the property at last night's Eureka School Board meeting and plans to turn the former school into a multi-purpose community center focused on youth. News Channel 3's Andrea Marvin reports on all that's happened to get the process to this point.
