CR To Suspend Baseball, Men's Soccer

There will be two fewer sports programs at College of the Redwoods next season... The community college has suspended both baseball and men's soccer for the next two years... With CR facing a budget deficit of an estimated $2.5 million, something had to be done... Suspending baseball and soccer will save around $60,000 annually...The coaching staffs from both programs will do their best to assist players in finding opportunities to compete at other schools next season...
