"Spirit of the North Coast": Give to Muscular Dystrohy Association

If you get coffee in the morning go to Dutch Bros. on Friday, April 29th because coffee proceeds will be going towards the Muscular Dystrophy Association.  The annual "MDA Day" will kick off ALS awareness month in May (ALS is also known as Lou Gehrig's disease) and is held annually in honor of the Dutch Bros. co-founder, Dane Boersma who was diagnosed with ALS in 2005 and passed away in late 2009.  Last year Dutch Bros. contributed $110,000 to the MDA for research and family services funding.
This year, local Dutch Bros. stores want to break records and raise even more so they are asking all of the North Coast to come down and grab some coffee and "drink for Dane."  If you can't grab a cup for Dane but you want to donate you can go to www.danesdrive.org.
