Ghilarducci to be Sentenced

Richard Ghilarducci is scheduled to be sentenced in a Federal Courthouse in San Francisco on May 18th.
The Former Humboldt Creamery CEO’s sentencing has been pushed back 6 times already. 
Ghilarducci plead guilty on May 5th of 2010 for lying to a Federal Bank about loan documents. Prior to that incident he resigned as CEO of the creamery just 2 months before it filed for bankruptcy.
