BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: 14 year old shooting victim is "Brain dead"

Del Norte Sheriff says 14 year old girl who was shot this morning by Jerry Steele is "Braindead".  Sheriff also confirms that Steele shot himself late this afternoon, he is also braindead.  The mother of the girl who was also shot in the head is is critical but stable condition.
The Daily Triplicate says the girl and her mother moved to Crescent City from Los Gatos to get away from Jerry Steele.  Steel is accused of molesting the teen girl and a restraining order was filed against him.  A Representative from the Del Norte Sheriffs Office tells the Triplicate that Steele came into to kidnap the girl, when she screamed, her mother came out and thats when Steele shot them both in the head.
The Sheriffs office tells News Channel 3 that deputies spotted Steeles Vehicle at Pebble Beach in Crescent City and he was sitting at a Picnic Table.  When confronted, Steele shot himself in the head.
